we are committed to creating mouthwatering plant-based meals with wholesome ingredients, hand-crafted with the attention to detail that we bring to feeding our own families.

We firmly believe that food can only taste as good as the quality of the ingredients they are made with. To us, this means always organic, often biodynamic, and local produce that is freshly picked.

We exclusively use natural and unrefined sweeteners such as dates, raw honey and coconut nectar, and we sweeten with organic stevia leaf wherever we can.

we use no inflammatory oils in our kitchen. we cook with virgin coconut and avocado oils, and we use ample italian extra virgin olive oil in uncooked elements of our dishes.
